Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must have all tags intact and must not have been worn.
For orders placed outside Italy
For countries outside Italy, returns or exchanges are entirely at the customer’s expense. For this reason, customers may choose the courier they prefer.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at customer.service@baronefirenze.it. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, you can always contact us at customer.service@baronefirenze.it.
Once the return has been received and verified to meet all requirements, a confirmation email will be sent with details of the order number, refund amount and refund date. If you paid by credit or debit card, the time required to see the refund depends on the card issuer. In the case of payment via PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refunded amount includes the cost of the returned product as shown on the invoice, excluding shipping costs where applicable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have received an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or a different item, the first return shipment is at the customer’s expense, while the second shipment is free of charge.
Please email customer.service@baronefirenze.it indicating the order number, the reason for the return and the requested size or item exchange, so that we can prepare the replacement item.
Repack the item carefully, ensuring it is intact with all tags attached, and seal the package securely with adhesive tape.
Ship the package to Barone Firenze s.r.l, Via Galileo Galilei 43, 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), Italy.
Once the returned item has been received and checked at our facility, the exchange will be processed as a new order, following the standard fulfillment times for the destination country.
